My kids wished for more towels and a better pool. If only they had a more reliable ice machine for family needs! An upgrade to the beds would also be great.

I was really impressed by the warm welcome from the staff, especially the kind lady who checked me in, and the hotel's close proximity to several beautiful parks and great dining options made my weekend exploring Wilmington so much easier and more enjoyable.

If you’re in the mood for a good meal, you’re in luck! Waffle House is just a hop, skip, and jump away—perfect for a midnight snack. Hieronymus Seafood? You can’t miss their fresh oysters! Plus, the staff at Red Roof were top-notch, responding graciously to my feedback.

But let’s keep it real, I found dead bugs lurking and had lukewarm water during my shower. There was also a sketchy vibe outside with some unsavory characters roaming around. Yikes!

Great Staff but Needs Major Improvement

The staff were friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. However, the cleanliness of the room was quite disappointing as there were several maintenance issues, including a broken bathroom door and a refrigerator that didn't work.

Check-in was smooth and welcoming thanks to the friendly staff member who checked me in. However, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. the ceiling tiles were stained and trash cans were overflowing. The issues with the bathroom availability were quite inconvenient, making it necessary to seek facilities elsewhere. The location was decent, but I wouldn't recommend staying here until improvements are made.

Had an awesome time here with friends! We spent our days exploring the local beaches and hitting up some great restaurants nearby. The staff was super friendly, and the vibe was chill. Just a heads up, though, the pool wasn't available during our stay, which was a bummer since it looks nice in photos. I’d recommend checking it out for your next trip.

One downside was the sofa bed wasn't in great shape. It had some unpleasant stains, and it would’ve been nice if they provided linens for it, which some hotels do.

We had a wonderful stay in a Deluxe Room with Two Queen Beds. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The microwave and fridge were great for storing snacks and leftovers. The pool area was a nice, relaxing spot for the kids to play.
