The service was friendly with a quick check-in. the location was favorable and great for traveling around Wilmington. Close enough to Wilmington, NC, a Waffle House, Dunkin Donuts, restaurants, department stores. I was surprised at nearby Gigi's Cupcakes; they had some goodies and drinks.

The room was well furnished, the beds were big, I thoroughly enjoyed it. It met my needs

everything was good during 2 days, loved its unbeatable and comfy location adjacent to restaurants and shopping plazas, waffle house. the rooms were updated and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the service was friendly and the staff were helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed the comforts of this low-cost hotel. The staff members were exceptionally nice and amiable. The room was a good size and updated, with coffee/tea making facilities, an iron and ironing board, and a work desk.

The staff were very nice. They took pets without a charge which is awesome.

The carpet was pretty dirty so that was yucky but the sheets were clean so that was good.

I opted for a 2 nonsmoking rooms and found one of the rooms to smell of cigarettes, and both rooms were sporting blankets and comforters with what appeared to be cigarette burns in them

The location is favorable and perfect, it's so close to the beaches and Wilmington. the hotel is located 2 miles away from Maides Park.

The location is particularly good and excellent, with on-site parking available. The hotel is nicely furnished with beautiful rooms. The beds are exceptionally comfortable.

Location made it a convenient place to stay

Rooms are in need of a major makeover; carpets dirty, mold around sink and tubs, towels were very thin, room was to be non-smoking but smelled terribly of stale smoke. Walkways to rooms very dirty and need power washed. Room overall was dark, dank and unwelcoming. Nice to have a microwave and fridge but no coffee pot!!??

Carpet/baseboard falling off wall. Very dirty in corners, needed vacuumed better. Blood on back of bathroom door...will never stay again. Had to call 911 at 3am due to domestic in room 208.

The room felt spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable; the staff was very friendly and helpful with any requests, and the location was great for easy access to everything.

The door of the room had been kicked in so it wasn't flush with the frame when it closed. The toilet and shower had very low pressure. There was a blood trail down the walk way the next morning. I did not feel safe and could not relax enough to sleep.

Although the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was to be desired. The air conditioner was exceptionally loud, the paint was peeling from the ceiling, the carpet was dirty and even had a tacky feel to it under your shoes and the towel bar was pulling away from the wall. Would not suggest this place to anyone and would never come back again.

The location of Red Roof Inn Wilmington Nc is excellent and perfectly situated in the area I needed to be. The rooms are nicely furnished and comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The beds were super comfortable. The tv was at a good angle and reception was great. Liked the small table and comfortable chair to sit in. Large refrigerator but small micro (didn't use but they were there). Excellent choice for breakfast foods, even though we were right next door to Waffle House and Dunkin Donuts, we stayed and ate at the motel. Clean but a little outdated on the rug and linens (comforter and blanket)...Our dog could stay and no charge. Beds were large and comfortable.

The air conditioner/heater was horribly noisy. Like an airplane taking off. The nightstand was too little. Room really needed a lot more detailing....little white plaster crumbles on carpet and dusty. I would have like a luggage chair in the bath area rather than a wardrobe that I didn't use with the iron and ironing board. But then we only were there overnight. Maybe reserve those things for people who use those things and give over nighters a luggage chair. Needed a paint job and the tub was in need of updating.
